Is Qapero completely free to use?
Yes, Qapero is 100% free for teachers, educators, and schools. There are no hidden fees, limits on the number of question papers you can create, or paid tiers required for core editing features.
How do I download my question paper as a PDF?
Once you finish adding sections and questions to the workspace, click the "Export PDF" button at the top right of the builder. The application will compile the template format and download a clean, print-ready PDF file instantly.
Do I need to sign up to use the question paper maker?
No, registration is entirely optional. You can build, print, and export question papers instantly as a guest. Creating a free account simply enables secure cloud synchronization so you can access your saved drafts from any device.
Where is my exam data stored?
For guest builders, all questions and settings are stored locally in your browser's storage cache. If you log in and enable cloud sync, the serialized state is securely synced to our PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase. We do not inspect or sell your exam content.
Can I format math formulas or code blocks?
Yes, the editor supports rich-text formatting, including mathematical expressions using LaTeX notation. Simply type your math symbols and Qapero will render them cleanly on the page canvas.
